Before coming to China, he spent many years in M&A advisory in Europe and the USA advising Fortune 500 and industry leaders for their growth strategy. He worked with JP Morgan, Crédit Lyonnais (in the scope of its rescue plan) and Schroders. He was also a Managing partner of antfactory, a new economy investment tech fund, and keeps a keen interest in advising fast growing companies developing innovative business models in fields such as technology, banking and corporate social responsibility.
For several years, Mr. Coispeau taught economics at Paris II Sorbonne University and Finance at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Paris. He is a frequently invited speaker at industrial strategy forums. He authored a number of strategy articles and reference books in Economics and Finance.
He (co) authored many successful finance and management books and articles. He studied at Stanford University, University of Paris IX - Dauphine and Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
