・The Roommate Experiment (#SpinOff)・

Author : Elena Armas
Rating : ★★★★☆
Tropes : friends to lovers | forced proximity | my best friend's cousin

・Review :
I was eagerly awaiting the release of The Spanish Love Deception spin-off and frankly I wasn't disappointed.

Elena Armas' writing remains light and fluid, and what I appreciate most are the references to pop culture, especially the one about Sebastian Stan.

Rosie is a young woman who has left her high-paying job to devote herself to her passion for writing romance novels.

When her ceiling literally falls in on her head, she has no choice but to take the keys to her best friend's apartment, who is abroad with her boyfriend. What Rosie didn't expect, however, was that Lina's sexy cousin, whom she's been secretly stalking on Instagram for some time now, would find himself standing in front of her.

When she explains the situation to Lucas, he offers to share the apartment at least until she can find affordable housing.

With his sexy accent and cooking skills, Lucas quickly wins over the intelligent, talented Rosie.

When Rosie finds herself lacking inspiration, Lucas offers her an experiment to help her write her book. They share many dates together.

I really enjoyed watching the evolution of their relationship, as well as catching up with Aaron and Lina for a few pages.
