Nadira : Magic Town is... Well... It's a place of joinings, a place where things come together. Like where the river meets the sea. Yes, that's a good way to put it, I think. Fresh water mixes with salt water. Brackish, they call it, and it's neither river nor ocean. Right now, even as we speak, Magic Town is deciding what it's going to be.
