A speech from the maker of the moovie Breathe released in 2017 about is father and his mother. His father was stuck by polomiélitis. Despite the fact it was after Rosewelt could recovert partialy from this handicap in Fall Spring, nobody in Europe was traited like that. This moovie tells us the fight of a woman to take care of her husband outside the hospital, despite the doctors's advice. It wasn'nt easy, she had a very young boy. A medical ventilateur was needed, a technologie difficult ot action 24h/24 at this time. After it was a wheelchair with a ventilator. And after, doing the same for others... a very emotional story. And a speech wich resume that...

Robin and Diana Cavendish went to live in Kenya in the late 50s, following a fairly whirlwind romance. Robin worked as a tea broker. The sun shone, the lions roared, and the ice tinkled in the glass until tragedy struck. Robin contracted polio, was completely paralysed and had to breathe through a ventilator. He was 28, my mother was 24. He was given days, then weeks to live. My mother gave birth to a charming baby – me – and back we came to England. My father was stuck away in the Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital in Oxford, and unsurprisingly entered a very deep depression.
