Naomi R. Wolf is an author, journalist, and former political advisor to Al Gore and Bill Clinton. Wolf first came to prominence in 1991 as the author of The Beauty Myth, which became an international bestseller and was named "one of the seventy most influential books of the twentieth century" by the New York Times.

C'est un des essais les plus importants de ces douze derniers mois. Celui qu'il faut avoir lu. Il a obtenu la note de 4,8/ 5 sur Amazon. com, dont 91% de cinq étoiles. Il parle de la crise mondiale que nous avons traversée et traversons encore, et de ce qu'il y a derrière le narratif officiel. J'attendais qu'un éditeur français se décide à le traduire et à le proposer à la vente. Visiblement aucun n'a osé. Les lecteurs bien informés y trouveront confirmation de leurs pires craintes. Quant à ceux qui vivent dans le déni, dans la croyance du discours mainstream, ils n'y verront que de la désinformation. Un livre à brûler, donc.
Wikipédia (sans doute sous influence) leur donne raison quand il écrit à propos de son auteure : « Naomi Wolf (née le 12 novembre 1962 à San Francisco) est une auteure et consultante politique américaine. Elle est la fille de Leonard Wolf, auteur de romans gothiques. Elle est considérée par plusieurs sources médiatiques comme une théoricienne du complot, du fait de ses déclarations publiques. »
Mais sur le quatrième de couverture du livre, Tucker Carlson (présentateur de Fox News) dit : "Naomi Wolf est l'une des personnes les plus courageuses et à la pensée la plus claire que je connaisse. La raison pour laquelle vous voyez des forces de répression essayant si désespérément de la rejeter, c'est parce qu'elle a raison."
Vu la polémique que mes commentaires pourraient donc déclencher, je n'en ferai aucun et me contenterai de lister ci-dessous les titres des chapitres du livre.

Someday all our kids and grandkids will ask each of us directly : "Why did you stand by? Why did you not help me? " "I could not breathe." Or, God forbid : "Now I have these health problems."
Or else they will say : "Thank you so much for speaking for me when I was too little to speak."
"Dad, Mom, Grandma, Grandpa," they will ask : "What did you do?"
So let me leave you with this question :

In this moment when freedom itself is in the balance, when the alternative is servitude forever, this decision on whether to speak up makes all the difference. Tyrannies only fall when there is mass resistance. History is clear on this. When it is just a few, well, they are marginalized, silenced, smeared, or, when things go far enough, arrested. What matters most is that enough people stand up and resist all at once.
For the duration of the pandemic, an old friend - an affluent, educated man who works at the Pasteur Institute - harangued me continually on social media, assailing me for my warnings about harms from mRNA vaccines.
