"The House by the Sea" is the perfect book if you like thrillers and want to learn English. Patricia Aspinall create suspense very well. When his wife didn't come to their house by the sea, Carl begins to worry. In the mysterious city of Little Moreton, Carl started to search Linda.
I really liked Mary, the pub's owner in Little Moreton who wille help Carl a lot to find Linda but is also a mysterious character.
I enjoyed the suspense of the book and the fact that it's easy to read but I found the end a bit sad...
