A review in English as the book is in English !!!

Mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings about this book :
on one hand its a quite unique view on history of japanese man-woman relation ships and points of view about sex.
on the other hand it's written by an american many years ago (after Worl war II).

So you can truly discover the way japanese people see sex
But it's difficult to see if the point of view of the writer is only a foreign non expert one.

Comments about the content
The introduction of the book is very poor : it makes you think that the book is a "how to seduce japanese girls" and it's not !

The end is a dictionnary of word and sentences you won't find anywhere else !
